Schools, colleges and other education establishments across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire are invited to take advantage of a £10.000 grant aimed at supporting young people aged 15-19 who are at risk of becoming NEET.
The D2N2 Careers Local Enterprise Grant – managed by Nottinghamshire County Council and delivered through preferred providers – will enable schools to develop or deliver purposeful enterprise and employability activities for this group of students which supplement their existing CEIAG programme.
Take up of our employability and CPD activities programmes so far from schools across the two counties has been tremendous and we’re looking forward to working with schools on these over the coming months.
The final application window for bids opens 25 September 2017.
