Switching to a virtual careers service

We understand these are difficult and challenging circumstances that we are working and living in at the moment and that many of the young people that we work with (and their parents and carers) will have some concerns about the near future.

During the school closures we are offering a remote career guidance interview service for students in schools while face-to-face interviews aren’t possible in order to provide some reassurance and support to those who need it.

By offering a phone, video call and email service, we hope to reassure young people and their parents and carers, that support for education, training and career choices and pathways are still available to them.

We have been in touch with all of the schools we work with to make them aware of how their students and parents can access our remote services. If you, or your son or daughter, attend a school where we provide career guidance services and your school has been in touch with you about these services please complete our contact form and your school careers adviser will contact you as soon as possible.

With things changing on a daily basis at the moment, we’ll provide you with more information about our additional services as soon as we can.
