The children have really benefited from the teamwork activities. Especially the marshmallow exercise as some students had to work with people they wouldn’t usually work with – similar to how it would be in the workplace.

This professional and engaging carousel programme has empowered our students to open their minds about potential professions, how to go about sourcing education and training but also providing them with the skill set to complete GCSEs, work experience and post-16 choices.

The afternoon networking session with business leaders was fantastic. There was a real buzz in the room as students were given the opportunity to quiz industry representatives and gain an insight into the day-to-day role of each job.
