Helping young people navigate their future with confidence
Effective careers guidance plays a vital role in improving student outcomes. Our professionally qualified Careers Advisers work with young people to increase self-awareness, explore opportunities, challenge limiting beliefs and make informed decisions about their next steps. The result is greater confidence, clearer progression plans and improved readiness for future education, training and employment.
All advisers are qualified to Level 6 or Level 7 and on the UK Register of Career Development Professionals, providing schools with the assurance that guidance is delivered to the highest professional, ethical and quality standards.
In addition to working with students in Years 9-13, we help schools reduce the risk of young people becoming NEET through our Post-GCSE Destination Follow-Up service. Our experienced advisers engage directly with students whose destinations are unknown, helping them overcome barriers, explore opportunities and secure positive post-16 destinations.

Quality Guidance. Meaningful Impact.
We believe effective career guidance cannot be rushed. That’s why our professionally qualified advisers typically spend 45 minutes with each learner, creating the time needed to explore aspirations, discuss options in depth and develop a meaningful action plan.
This commitment to quality reflects the standards of the Career Development Institute (CDI) and the Code of Ethics followed by our registered Career Development Professionals. We focus on delivering impartial, learner-centred guidance that makes a genuine difference to a young person’s future.
Every learner receives a personalised action plan, helping them move forward with greater confidence and a clear understanding of their next steps.
