Careers guidance
- Face-to-face career advice and guidance interviews with individual action plan
- Advice on different career progression routes and post-16/18 choices
- Up-to-date advice on university choices, studying abroad and alternatives to university
- Assisting students to identify and apply for apprenticeships (traineeships, Intermediate, Advanced, Higher and Degree Apprenticeships)
- Presentations or groupworks (eg. option choices, HE applications, apprenticeships)
- Small common interest group interviews
- Psychometric testing followed by feedback and guidance
Targeted Support
Our Support4Progression programme is a flexible and bespoke programme focusing on career guidance, work preparation and personal development of students with additional support needs to promote successful transitions into post-16 education, employment or training.
